Brookins Inn Rates
Rates effective as of 1/1/13.
$20 per person charge per night for more than 2 persons in a room or suite.
Rollaway or air mattresses available upon request.
All suites and guest rooms have cable TV, free wireless internet, luxury linens, robes and towels, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, air conditioning and free off-street parking.
Innkeeper's Pantry complimentary and fully stocked with gourmet coffees, freshly-made cookies, soda, bottled water, juice, and plenty of snacks. Pantry can be accessed 24 hours a day.
By NY State law, Brookins Inn & Suites is smoke-free. A fee of $250 will be imposed if a guest smokes in a room or suite.
Published rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, holiday or special events.
The room rate is for single or double occupancy.
Does not include bed or sales tax.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Rules & Conditions
- Rates:
published rates do not include NYS sales tax (8%) and Niagara County bed tax (4%).
- Deposit:
A deposit of one night’s stay will be charged payable by check or credit card to secure your reservation. Please note: Your charges will be billed as BAM Management.
- Minimum stay:
2 night minimum may apply on Holiday and Special Events Weekends.
- Cancellation Policy:
Deposit minus $25 processing fee will be returned only if the dates are rebooked.
- Arrival/ Departure:
Check in is between three o'clock and six o'clock on the day of arrival. If this check in time is not acceptable special arrangements must be made prior to arrival. Check out time is prior to eleven o'clock on day of departure.
- Parking:
Free on-site parking is available.

Guest Responsibilities:
The Guest shall be liable for damage caused by his or her act, omission or negligence. If damage is discovered after the Guest has left, the Inn reserves the right to charge the Guests credit card with the amount required to repair or replace such damage.
